Wheat exports from Argentina is estimated at 12.85 million tonnes

Argentina is expected to produce 18.5 million tonnes of wheat in 2022/23. According to the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), in the previous harvest season, production reached 22.5 million.
With opening stocks at 2.026 million tonnes, the country’s supply should reach 20.528 million tonnes.
Argentina’s wheat exports are expected to total 12.85 million tonnes. Domestic consumption is projected at 6.4 million tonnes. Therefore, the country’s stocks at the end of 22/23 should be 1.778 million tonnes.
