The National Agency for Waterway Transport (ANTAQ) has extended the period for receiving contributions to Public Hearing No. 13/2024, which concerns the improvement of technical and legal documents related to the bidding process for leasing the SSB01 terminal.
The deadline, which was set to close on Thursday (28), has been extended by 15 days following a decision by the Collegiate Board. Therefore, submissions can now be made until December 13, 2024.
The area, located at the Port of São Sebastião (SP), is designated for the handling and storage of bulk solids, general cargo, and containerized goods. The lease term is 35 years, and the estimated investment is BRL 660 million.
Contributions
The legal drafts and technical documents related to the public consultation on leasing the SSB01 terminal are available at this link.
The period for submitting written contributions will remain open until 11:59 p.m. on December 13, 2024 – the previous deadline was November 28, 2024. Contributions must be submitted exclusively through the electronic form available on the ANTAQ website; submissions made through other methods will not be accepted.
Digital images, such as maps, plans, and photos, can be attached exclusively via email to [email protected], with the contributor’s identification and within the stipulated deadline. Submitting attachments by email does not exempt the contributor from submitting the written contribution electronically.
Suppose the interested party does not have the necessary resources to submit the contribution electronically. In that case, they may do so using a computer at the Agency’s General Secretariat (SGE) in Brasília/DF or at its Regional Units, the addresses of which are available on the ANTAQ website.
