Anda promotes 11th Brazilian Fertilizer Congress

The Brazilian National Fertilizer Association (Anda) is proud to announce the 11th Brazilian Fertilizer Congress (CBFer), set to take place on August 27th at the WTC Sheraton São Paulo, Teatro WTC, from 9 AM to 6 PM.

Brazilian agriculturalists are renowned for enhancing productivity by optimizing input use and achieving larger harvests in proportionally smaller areas. The program aims to demystify the use of essential nutrients, which are crucial for increasing food and commodity production while promoting sustainability in agribusiness.

The event will feature the following panels: “The World Economy and Expectations for Global Fertilizer Supply and Demand;” “The Brazilian Economy, Agribusiness, and Expectations for Fertilizer Deliveries;” “Fertilizers and Planetary Sustainability and Human Health;” “The Agriculture of the Future and Fertilizers.”

Additionally, the winner of the third edition of the “Carlos Florence” award will be announced. This award recognizes academics who encourage and promote innovative research in the fertilizer sector and national production.

The Brazilian Fertilizer Congress (CBFer) has been a fixture on the agribusiness calendar since 2011. The 2024 edition will continue its bilingual format, conducted in both Portuguese and English.
