Anec raises soybean export forecast in April to up to 14.34 million tons

Brazil’s soybean exports in April are predicted to stay at a range between 13 million and 14.34 million tonnes, as per the latest update from the National Association of Cereal Exporters (Anec). This projection surpasses last week’s estimate of 12.73 million tons.
Similarly, the forecast for soybean meal shipments has increased to 2.58 million tonnes, compared to the previous estimate of 2.44 million tonnes.

Corn exports are expected to maintain stability at 26.72 thousand tons, while the wheat forecast has declined to 110.59 thousand tons, down from the previous estimate of 140.59 thousand tons.
During the week of April 7th to 13th, Brazil exported 2.95 million tons of soybeans, 371.20 thousand tons of bran, and 24.14 thousand tons of wheat, with no corn exports recorded.
Looking ahead to the current week, between April 14th and 20th, Anec projects shipments of 3.32 million tons of soybeans, 683.71 thousand tons of bran, and 26.72 thousand tons of corn. However, there are no wheat shipment forecasts available. These estimates are based on the schedules of ships at ports.
