Jun, 22, 2022 Posted by Gabriel MalheirosWeek 202225
Soybean meal exports from Brazil could be higher than initially expected, reaching 2.27 million tonnes in June, according to information from the National Association of Cereal Exporters (Anec) released on the 21st.
Until last week, Anec was expecting shipments of 2.19 million tonnes. However, if the new forecast is confirmed, exports should grow by more than 400 thousand tonnes compared to the same month in 2021.
Soybean exports were revised to 10.795 million tonnes, up from 10.840 million tonnes in the previous week versus 10.13 million in June 2021.
See below how soybean shipments behaved in the first four months of 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022. These data are from DataLiner by Datamar.
