Anfavea publishes major drop in vehicle exports in 2019

According to Anfavea, Brazil’s National Association of Automotive Vehicle Manufacturers, vehicle exports fell 31.9% in 2019 over the previous year, totaling 428.2 thousand units.
This drop is explained by the crisis in Argentina, the main destination of Brazilian vehicle exports.

For 2020, Anfavea projects 7.3% growth in Brazilian car production, a 9.4% increase in the number of vehicles licensed, and an 11% drop in exports.
