The concession for the Port of São Sebastião aims to modernize the port management model and attract new investments in infrastructure. The term of the concession contract will be 25 years, extendable for up to 5 years.
The model foresees the payment of the minimum grant amount of R$ 33.3 million to be carried out in a single installment and the chosen bidding criterion was the one with the highest grant value, with an in-person auction.
