Antaq to hold public hearing on services provided by container terminals
Jul, 11, 2022 Posted by Gabriel MalheirosWeek 202228
Between July 18 and August 31, ANTAQ will hold a public consultation session followed by public hearings to gather input and improve the normative proposal that calls for the standardization of services provided by container terminals as well as the definition of guidelines for these services, whether accessory or inherent. This is Public Hearing 08/2022.
Participation methods
Antaq will only consider submissions presented for public consultation, which can be sent to the agency until 23:59 of August 31 exclusively through an online form available at https://www.gov.br/antaq/pt-br.
The email annex_audiencia082022@antaq.gov.br may be used to attach digital images, such as maps, plans, and photos, in addition to the text contributions that must be filled in the appropriate electronic forms.
Suppose the interested party does not have the necessary resources to send the contribution through the electronic form. In that case, he or she may use the General Secretariat (SGE) computer of the Agency in Brasília or its Regional Units, whose addresses are available on the ANTAQ website.
The contributions will be made available on the agency’s website: https://www.gov.br/antaq/pt-br.
Public Hearing
In order to encourage discussion and clarify doubts, a public hearing will be held, either in person or person, depending on the current general sanitary conditions, on a date, time, and place to be defined and communicated in due course.
