Antaq will hold public consultation on bidding area in Port of Santana (AP)

Antaq will hold a public consultation and hearing, from January 6 to February 19, 2020, to obtain contributions, subsidies, and suggestions for the improvement of the technical and legal documents related to the bidding process for the lease of a port terminal destined to the movement, storage, and distribution of vegetable solid bulk, especially soybean meal, located in the Organized Port of Santana, called MCP02.
The legal drafts and technical documents will be available at the following website: portal.antaq.gov.br/index.php/acesso-a-informacao/audiencia-publica-2/.
The Agency will only consider contributions, subsidies, and suggestions that have as their objective the minutes placed in public consultation and hearing. Contributions may be sent to Antaq until 11:59 pm on 02/19/2020, exclusively through and in the form of the electronic form available on the portal.antaq.gov.br website. Contributions sent by other means are not accepted.
It will be allowed, exclusively through the e-mail [email protected], upon identification of the taxpayer and within the stipulated period, to attach digital images, such as maps, plans, photos, etc., with text contributions only in the appropriate fields of the electronic form.
Contributions received by ANTAQ will be made available to interested parties at portal.antaq.gov.br. In addition, an in-person public hearing will be held at a date and place to be timely defined and disclosed by Antaq.
