Oct, 30, 2021 Posted by Ruth HollardWeek 202141
Uruguay may export beef and sheep (with or without bones) and byproducts to the Macau Special Administrative Region, in China.
The information was published by the country’s Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries this Friday.
In a statement, the Uruguayan government said that the Embassy of the Republic of China informed that Macau authorities had accepted the animal health certificate model proposed by the Uruguayan cabinet.
Thus, slaughterhouses authorized by the local Ministry and with their own registration number will be able to ship their products to the Asian country.
