Brazil enters British market with exports of gelatins and collagens

On March 4th, Brazil received authorization from the United Kingdom to export pork-derived gelatins and collagens, marking the opening of the 19th market for Brazilian products this year.
Last year, Brazilian gelatin exports totaled $375 million, reaching approximately 70 countries. This achievement marks the third market opened for product exports this year, following established trade partnerships with El Salvador and the United States.
