Brazil imports 2.386 mln tonnes of fertilizers in November

Imports of fertilizers from Brazil reached US$ 1.257 billion in November (19 working days), with a daily average of US$ 62.85 million. The total amount of fertilizers imported by the country was 2.386 million tonnes at an average of 119.33 thousand tonnes a day. The average price paid per tonne was US$ 526.70.

Compared to November 2021, there was a 42.9% decrease in the average import cost per day, a 50% loss in the average daily volume of fertilizers imported by Brazil, and a 14.1% appreciation in the average price. The data was released by the Ministry of Economy and were released by the Foreign Trade Secretariat.
