Brazil’s Agriculture Minister, Tereza Cristina, plans to restore Brazil’s credibility with Japan during her trip to Asia this month, following a downward trend in bilateral trade. The minister plans address the opening of the Japanese market to genetic material, avocados, and meat extract, among other commodities with her Japanese counterparts. The minister will travel to Japan, China, Vietnam, and Indonesia over the next 16 days.
