Brazil to ship 1.737 mln tonnes of soybeans in December

Brazilian exports of soybeans should reach 1.737 million tonnes in December, according to a weekly report by the National Association of Cereal Exporters (Anec). In December last year, exports reached 2.530 million tonnes. In November, the country shipped 1.985 million tonnes.
In the week between November 27th and December 3rd, Brazil shipped 103,260 thousand tonnes. Between December 4th and 10th, ANEC indicates exports of 708,869 thousand tonnes.
As for soy meal exports, the forecast is for Brazil to ship 1542 million tonnes in December. The total exported in the same month last year was 1.542 million tonnes. In November, the figure was 1379 million tonnes. Last week, Brazil’s exports totaled 242,236 thousand tonnes, and the forecast for this week is 490,689 thousand tonnes.
