Halal market
Nearly 90% of Brazilian slaughterhouses are qualified to produce halal beef. “Producing halal products is a giant market and a great opportunity, even for small and medium-sized meatpackers throughout Brazil. There are approximately 2 billion Muslims today who are eager to consume halal products. In the next coming years, we are expected to represent 1/3 of the global population. Brazil cannot afford to miss out on this opportunity. We have high-quality, traceable products. Most importantly, our protein is highly appreciated by the Muslim community,” stresses the Director of Operations at CDIAL Halal, Ahmad M. Saifi.
