Brazil’s daily average of beef exports up 7.6% in July

Brazil exported 89,100 tonnes of either fresh, chilled, or frozen beef, in the first 11 working days of July, with a daily average of beef exports of 8,102 tonnes, according to preliminary data from the Foreign Trade Secretariat (Secex) of the Ministry of Economy.
Such volume is 7.6% higher than that recorded in the same month last year, with 7,523 tonnes per day.
Revenue in the first 11 business days of July totaled US$ 593.59 million, 34.1% less than the total revenue seen in July 2021.
On a day-to-day basis, the average daily value of USD 6.66 million is 22.4% greater than the daily beef exports average of USD 5.44 million from a year before.

On average, exports of chicken meat and offal in the first 11 working days of the month reached 209,400 tonnes or 19,037 tonnes per day.
In July last year, the country shipped an average of 17,771 tonnes per day, which led to a total of 390,900 tonnes in the month.
In terms of revenue, the daily average, US$ 2,227.00, is 29.4% higher than the US$ 1,720.40 obtained per day in the same month of 2021.
The total earned so far is US$ 466.364 million, compared to US$ 672.639 million in July last year.
Pork shipments averaged 4,689 tonnes per day (+11.2% compared to July 2021), with sales of US$ 2,400.30, a decrease of 3.8% compared to 2021.

In 11 working days of July, the export of the product totaled 51,586 tons, and the revenue was US$ 123.823 million.
