The National Waterway Transport Agency (ANTAQ) has scheduled Public Hearing 1/2025 for March 25 at 3 p.m. The session will address improvements to the technical and legal documents governing the bidding process for the lease of the NAT01 terminal.
Located at the Port of Natal (Rio Grande do Norte state), the site is designated for the handling and storage of solid bulk minerals. The lease term is set at 15 years, with the possibility of extension, and projected investments amount to R$ 29.23 million.
Those wishing to speak during the hearing must register in person at the event venue, with the exact location to be announced soon. Registration will open at 9 a.m., one hour before the session begins, and close at 10:30 a.m.
The public session will be streamed live on ANTAQ’s YouTube channel. No registration is required to watch, but anyone interested in making a statement must sign up via WhatsApp at (61) 2029-6940. The registration period will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on March 24, 2025.
