Buenos Aires records 1.5% increase in TEU handling between Jan-May 2020

Buenos Aires Port recorded a 1.5% increase in TEU handling in the first five months of 2020 compared to the same period in 2019. In addition, in May, the Gross Record Tonnage (TRN) of container ships increased, representing 28% more cargo than in April.
Another positive fact about the port relates to a coordinated work with different organizations that allowed 6,939 wagons with cargo from different Argentine provinces to arrive at the port during the first half of this year, exceeding the total number of wagons that operated in port terminals throughout the whole of 2019.
