CMA CGM Group, a global leader in maritime, land, air, and logistics solutions, is launching SEA REWARD, the first loyalty program for maritime transport customers.
SEA REWARD is unique in the market, rewarding the regularity and volume of shipments made by CMA CGM customers through “SpotOn,” a digital solution launched in 2022. “SpotOn” simplifies the booking process with instant quotations, guaranteed pricing, and priority access to space on board.
With SEA REWARD, CMA CGM’s digital customers will have access to four status levels, offering exclusive benefits. This loyalty program underscores the Group’s commitment to transforming the maritime sector and leveraging digital innovation to enhance the customer experience.
Four Status Levels with Exclusive Benefits
Customers who join SEA REWARD through their My CMA CGM account and book via the “SpotOn” digital solution can access four status levels: “Lieutenant,” “Captain,” “Commander,” and “Admiral.” These levels reward customer loyalty with exclusive benefits, including the accumulation of Nautical Miles, which can be used to offset invoice payments.
SEA REWARD is already available to CMA CGM Group’s digital customers in Europe and will gradually be rolled out to other regions.
CMA CGM’s SEA REWARD program highlights its dedication to digital transformation and customer-centric innovation. By providing exclusive rewards and simplifying the booking process, CMA CGM aims to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
SEA REWARD sets a new standard in customer loyalty within the maritime transport sector, reflecting CMA CGM’s ongoing commitment to improving service offerings and leveraging digital solutions to benefit its customers.
