CMA CGM has announced its EUROSAL service will suspend the call at the Port of Le Havre for a period of three months starting from 6 July.
The French shipping carrier said it made this decision due to heavy congestion and lack of productivity in the latest months in North Europe, which have affected the schedule reliability of its EUROSAL service.
CMA CGM does not expect the situation to improve in the next months and decided to reshuffle EUROSAL service, which connects North Europe with West Coast South America and the Caribbean, aiming to “maintain the quality” of its product.
The temporary port rotation of EUROSAL service will be Rotterdam, London Gateway, Hamburg, Antwerp, Caucedo, Cartagena, Manzanillo, Buenaventura, Posorja, Callao, Puerto Angamos, San Antonio, Callao, Posorja, Manzanillo, Cartagena, Caucedo, Rotterdam.
