Corn: Brazilian exports total 149.999 thousand t in May

Corn exports from Brazil had revenues of US$ 57.055 million in May (14 working days), with a daily average of US$ 4.075 million. The total amount of corn exported by the country was 149,999 thousand tonnes, with an average of 10,714 thousand tons. The average price per ton was US$ 380.40.

Compared to May 2022, there was a significant decline in average daily export value, down by 76.1%. Additionally, the average daily quantity exported dropped by 78.3%, while there was a 10.3% increase in the average price. These statistics were released by the Foreign Trade Secretariat.
