The National Waterborne Transportation Agency (ANTAQ) has set the date for the Public Hearing 01/2024, aimed at receiving contributions, subsidies, and suggestions for improving technical and legal documents related to the lease of the VDC04 port terminal, located at the Port of Vila do Conde, Pará state.
The terminal is intended for the handling and storage of minerals in bulk. The hearing will take place on April 1, 2024, starting at 2:30 pm, as per Deliberation No. 21/2024 published in the Official Gazette of the Union (DOU) on Tuesday (19/03).
Audience Dynamics
The entire public hearing will be broadcast on the Agency’s YouTube channel. No registration is required to attend the virtual session.
Those interested in providing inputs must register via “WhatsApp” at number (61) 2029-6940 and can submit their contribution via video, audio, or in writing. The registration period will be from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm on March 29, 2024.
Participants can also join the meeting room created on the “Teams” application. To do this, at the time of registration, the interested party must express this intention and provide their email address to join the room when it’s their turn.
Contributions
The legal drafts and technical documents related to the public hearing are available online.
The period for submitting written contributions extends until 11:59 pm on April 3, 2024, exclusively through the electronic form available on the ANTAQ website, with no contributions accepted via other means.
It will be permitted to attach digital images, such as maps, plans, and photos, exclusively via email: anexo_audiencia012024@antaq.gov.br, provided the contributor is identified, within the stipulated period. Sending the attachment via email does not exempt the contributor from submitting the written contribution using the electronic form.
If the interested party does not have the necessary resources to submit the contribution through the electronic form, they may do so using the computer at the Secretariat-General (SGE) of this Agency, in Brasília/DF, or at its Regional Units, whose addresses are available on the ANTAQ website.
