EASYFRESH, in the Netherlands, continues to provide exceptional service to its customers by delivering more than 130 reefer containers filled with fresh fruits on a weekly basis. The company focuses on importing a wide variety of tropical fruits, including limes, mangoes, grapes, melons, bananas, and pineapples, sourced from key regions such as Brazil, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Peru, and Colombia.
What distinguishes EASYFRESH is its meticulous handling process. Upon each fruit’s arrival at the warehouse, a comprehensive quality report is issued. The quality report includes important metrics like the Brix value, which measures the sugar content in the fruit, and the weight per carton, ensuring that the fruits not only meet but exceed customer expectations. For instance, a recent shipment of limes demonstrated excellent quality, with a Brix measurement of 8.7%, indicating high sugar content and favorable taste. In addition, the boxes weighed precisely 4.5 kg each, ensuring accurate quantity and consistency.
This high level of attention to detail is also reflected in the cold chain management. Fruits are delivered either directly from the incoming terminal to customers or stored in the EASYFRESH warehouse for further distribution to European destinations on a pallet basis. Maintaining optimal temperature conditions, such as the 9.3°C reading for limes, plays a key role in preserving freshness and extending the shelf life of these perishable products.
Through this well-organized supply chain operation, EASYFRESH continues to strengthen its role as a reliable partner in delivering high-quality fruits to European markets. Their strict quality control processes guarantee that its consumers receive only the best fresh fruits.
Next to Breda / The Netherlands Easyfresh is also present in Valencia/Spain – Dublin/Ireland and Santiago / Chile.
