“High corn and soybean prices are hurting egg producers, as well as poultry and pork producers. As a result, the international market has been used to alleviate the impact of these costs on the profitability of companies that have the option of shipping products abroad”, explains the president of ABPA, Ricardo Santin. “As a result, it is expected that international sales will continue to rise throughout 2022”, he concludes.
