Enauta Energia has issued a letter of intent to Yinson Holdings to provide, operate, and maintain an FPSO at the Atlanta field in the Santos Basin, offshore Brazil.
Yinson also has an option to acquire the project’s asset-owning company while maintaining the 15-year time-charter agreement, with Enauta in a position to extend the terms of this and the ops/maintenance accords by a further five years.
The combined value is around $505 million, rising to $1.981 billion should Yinson exercise the call option.
This will be the company’s third project award in Brazil, with the other two said to be on schedule for completion in 2023 and 2024, respectively.
