
Federal Police seizes nearly 40 kg of cocaine in Antonina and Paranaguá

Brazilian Federal Police seized nearly 40 kilos of cocaine at two different locations on the coast of Paraná, one at the Port of Antonina and the other at the Container Terminal of Paranaguá.
The seizures were carried out on the 23rd. According to the federal authorities, the drug packages were found at the Port of Antonina in a hidden compartment inside the cabin of the crew of a merchant ship, whose final destination was the city of Antwerp, in Belgium.
Police said the narcotics were collected at the scene and the crew was heard. After that, the ship was released for navigation.
At the Paranaguá Container Terminal, according to the policy, two bags containing several packages of cocaine were found, close to the refrigerated container sector.
The PF said it is trying to identify the authors.
