
Fertilizers: Brazilian imports reach 2.104 million tons in February

Fertilizer imports from Brazil reached US$ 934.9 million in February (18 working days), at a daily average of US$ 51.940 million. The total amount of fertilizers imported by the country was 2.104 million tonnes, with an average of 116.891 thousand tonnes.
The average price per tonne of fertilizers was US$ 444.30. The information comes from the Foreign Trade Secretariat/Ministry of Development, Industry, Commerce, and Services. Compared to February 2022, there was a 39.2% decrease in the average import value, a 24.2% loss in the average daily imported quantity, and a 19.7% depreciation in the average price.
