Fruit Attraction São Paulo – https://www.ifema.es/fruit-attraction-sao-paulo – will once again serve as a major platform for small-scale farmers to showcase their fruit and vegetable production, connecting directly with buyers from more than 48 countries. The event will take place from March 25 to 27 at São Paulo Expo in the Brazilian capital.
“The leading agricultural states in Brazil will be present, bringing producer groups through their respective agriculture departments. These farmers will have the opportunity to negotiate directly with potential clients, both at exhibition stands and in the various business matchmaking sessions scheduled throughout the event,” said Maurício Duval Macedo, CEO of Fiera Milano Brasil, one of the event’s co-organizers alongside Madrid’s trade fair institution, IFEMA.
“We want to highlight the diversity, quality, and sustainability of Brazilian fruit production to the world while solidifying Fruit Attraction São Paulo as a global platform for the national industry.” Among the confirmed participating states are Bahia, Ceará, the Federal District, Espírito Santo, Pernambuco, and Rio Grande do Norte.
Now in its second edition, Fruit Attraction São Paulo is positioning itself as the premier fresh produce trade event in the Southern Hemisphere. “We will feature 400 exhibitors—both Brazilian and international—representing over 18 countries, an expected attendance of 15,000 to 20,000 visitors, business matchmaking sessions supported by ApexBrasil and Sebrae, and a total exhibition space doubling from one to two pavilions. Sales are projected to reach R$ 1 billion,” Macedo added.
Beyond the exhibition of products, technology, and services, Fruit Attraction São Paulo will also host the Fruit Forum, a dedicated space for panel discussions and presentations. The forum will bring together researchers, industry leaders, and specialists to explore innovation and emerging markets in the fresh produce sector. This year’s edition will feature Marcos Jank, coordinator of Insper Agro Global, among its key speakers.
