Nov, 10, 2021 Posted by Ruth HollardWeek 202143
The minister of Foreign Affairs, Carlos França, stated on November 9th that the government wants to recover and increase the number of on-site and hybrid actions to promote Brazilian agribusiness abroad.
According to França, once the Covid-19 pandemic sanitary conditions have eased, it will be possible to increase the participation of small and medium-sized companies in international fairs next year.
“In many embassies and consulates, we want to reinforce the hybrid model of meetings. Exhibit sessions and product tasting will be followed by virtual participation by Brazilian businessmen working in the sector,” he explained. “I believe that our goal has to be to intensify the prospecting of opportunities and challenges in specific segments. This prospecting is aided by market studies”, he said.
