Governor João Azevêdo of Paraíba met with the Minister of Ports and Airports, Sílvio Costa Filho, on Wednesday (21), to discuss the expansion of Cabedelo Port’s capacity and the potential export of automobiles from the state.
“Cabedelo Port is experiencing a new chapter, and we aim to capitalize on it further by expanding the terminal. Hence, we deliberated with the minister regarding the prospect of automobile exports through Paraíba—a move poised to unlock avenues for enhanced state development,” emphasized the head of the state government.
The meeting saw the participation of state secretaries Wilson Santiago (Institutional Representation), Deusdete Queiroga (Infrastructure and Water Resources), Adauto Fernandes (Executive of Institutional Representation), Ronaldo Guerra (Governor’s Chief of Staff), and Fábio Andrade (State Attorney General).
