
Hapag-Lloyd applies reefer PSS from Ecuador and Peru to US

Hamburg-based container line Hapag-Lloyd has announced a peak season surcharge (PSS), effective from 7 December, for shipments from Peru and Ecuador to the United States.
The surcharge will apply only to reefer cargo and will be US$1,000 per reefer container.
Hapag-Lloyd noted the PSS will remain in effect until further notice.
