
Hapag-Lloyd discloses details of integration with Niledutch

Hapag-Lloyd and NileDutch disclosed details of their integration to their customers. The joint venture will operate under the Hapag-Lloyd brand and will offer a more frequent service. According to the companies, there will be no immediate changes to existing teams and the integration will take place at a rapid pace. The objective is to complete the commercial integration by the end of 2021.
The statement also said that with the integration, NileDutch customers will be able to rely on an extensive network for transatlantic voyages to North and South America, plus Hapag-Lloyd’s digital experience – for example quick and easy booking via the company’s online tool.
