Feb, 14, 2023 Posted by Lillian SmoakWeek 202308
The New HB20, produced exclusively at Hyundai’s Brazilian factory, located in Piracicaba, in the interior of São Paulo, began to be sold in the Colombian market last week. The expectation is to sell around five thousand units this year in Colombia.
“The Hyundai HB20 is a consolidated success in the Brazilian market, where it occupies the position of best-selling model in the last two years among passenger cars, and has also been very well accepted in neighboring countries. We are sure that the reception of the New Hyundai HB20 in the Colombian market will be excellent and will reinforce the regional strategy of raising the brand and connecting with local customers”, says Gerardo Carmona, vice president of Marketing, Product Planning and Sales for the Hyundai’s export markets Central and South America.
The vehicles will be marketed by the official representative of the South Korean brand in the country since 2021, Astara, which is present in more than 80 points of sale distributed throughout Colombian territory.
