Aliança Navegação e Logística, a subsidiary of A.P. Moller-Maersk, has launched its Online Quotation Portal, a cutting-edge platform designed to revolutionize the way customers obtain quotes for coastal maritime transport and multimodal services. This new tool offers a fully online process, allowing users to generate quotes with ease and efficiency directly from the company’s website.
Luiza Bublitz, president of Aliança Navegação e Logística, highlighted that the portal was developed to enhance customer experience by providing a swift and intuitive quotation process. “Our customers can now generate quotes online in just minutes, reinforcing our commitment to agility and efficiency and ensuring that our customers remain at the heart of every decision,” said Bublitz.
The portal allows users to customize quotes based on various parameters, including route, equipment type, and merchandise. It also offers a clear and transparent “door-to-door” quotation service, ensuring full visibility of all costs involved.
Additionally, starting in September, Aliança Navegação e Logística will introduce a dedicated WhatsApp support channel to assist customers in real time, further enhancing the user experience.
