
Maize: line-up points to 1.842 million t in shipments from March to May

The line-up of shipments at Brazilian ports indicates that 1.842 million tonnes of maize may be exported from March to May, according to consultancy firm Safras & Mercado. Out of the total, 920,300 tonnes have already been shipped. In February, 523,342 tonnes were sent abroad.
The line-up indicates that 2.365 million tonnes of corn will be exported from February 2022 to January 2023.
