Mercosul Line announces the start of NEW NEXCO service

On October 20, Mercosul Line began the NEW NEXCO service. The first ship in the service departed from the Port of Santos and will continue its journey to the next ports in the rotation: Salvador, Suape, Manaus, Suape, and Santos.
Connecting the Southeast to the Northeast and North of Brazil, the service offers operations with fast transit time, multimodal efficiency, and low CO2 emissions.
According to the CEO of Mercosul Line, Luiza Bublitz, “With this new service, the CMA CGM Group reaffirms its commitment to the Brazilian market. We are very happy to be able to meet the demand of our customers and partners with another connection in Manaus, and thus leverage the region’s growth.”
