
MSC prepares to buy controlling share in Log-In for R$2 billion

The logistics arm of MSC is preparing to gain ownership of Log-In Logística, listed on B3, in an operation to be carried out via the Stock Exchange. The deal is said to be worth around R$ 2 billion. Log-In confirmed this interest in the acquisition, which could represent up to 67% of the company’s capital stock.
The company also stated that it would analyze the content of the letter of interest, as well as its obligations in relation to the intended offer and will keep the market informed about the relevant developments regarding the subject”.
