OTI (NVO) Ranking | Jan-Jun 2022 vs. Jan-Jun 2021 | Brazil and Plate

See below the ranking of the top 50 OTI (NVO) in Brazil and the Plate region in terms of container shipping from January to June 2022 in comparison with the same period in 2021 based on DataLiner data from Datamar.

Brazil

In Brazil, the company that led in terms of exports via containers in the first six months of 2022 was, once again, Kuehne & Nagel, with 28,338 TEUs, a drop of 4.99% compared to the same period in 2021. Amtrans Logistics ranked second, with 17,893 TEUs, down 23.98%. Asia Shipping, the third in the ranking, grew 32.43% in the period, with 17,454 TEUs. See more below:

Asia Shipping leads the ranking of imports via containers from Brazil, with 59,893 TEUs, a decrease of 25.07% compared to the period from January to June 2021. The second place in the ranking, DSV, grew 9.98% in the same comparison period. Check it out below:

Argentina

The ranking of Argentine exports via containers from January to June 2022 year-to-date is also spearheaded by Kuehne & Nagel, with 2,973 TEUs, a volume 5.95% higher than the volume exported by the company in the same period of 2021. The second position went to Ruca Logistics, with a volume 55.10% higher. See the full ranking below:

Kuehne & Nagel also leads the Argentine import rank, with 7,360 TEUS, 10.82% more than in January to June 2021. Locksley SRL, ranked second, lost 32.95% in the same comparison. Please see more below:

Plate (Paraguay and Uruguay)

Kuehne & Nagel is also the company that most carried out export activities via containers in the other countries of the Plate (Paraguay and Uruguay) from January to June 2022, with 1,629 TEUs, a decrease of 33.94% compared to the same period in 2021. Central Cargo SAS fell by 45.14% in the period. Check out the other companies below:

In terms of imports via containers, PlusCargo leads the ranking for the first half of 2022, with 5.16 TEUs, an increase of 24.71% compared to the same period in 2021. Almar Uruguay SA, second in the ranking, grew 19.81%. More information is available in the table below:
