See below the top 50 highest-ranking Ocean Transportation Intermediary (OTI) companies with container operations in Brazil and the Plate region from January to April 2023 compared to the same four months of 2022. The rankings below were developed with data from Datamar’s business intelligence service DataLiner.

Brazil

Kuehne & Nagel leads the ranking of OTIs regarding Brazilian container exports, with 14,104 TEUs handled from January to April 2023. The number is down 22.61% from the same period in 2022. Easy Shipping Global Logística exported 11,792 TEUs in the first four months of 2023, a volume 33.47% higher than in the same period of 2022. Regarding imports, the Brazilian ranking is led, in the first four months of 2023, by Asia Shipping, with 42,945 TEUs, a drop of 1.04% compared to the same period of 2022. The second in the ranking, DSV, imported a volume 9.07% higher in the same comparative framework. See the rest of the ranking below:

Argentina

Americana Shipping leads the ranking of OTIs in Argentina, with 1,845 TEUs exported in the first four months of 2023. The volume is 266.007% higher than that registered by the company in the same period last year. Ruca Logistics, second in the ranking, handled a volume 23.53% higher. See the full ranking:

In imports, Lockskey SRL leads the Argentine ranking in the first four months of 2023, with 4,466 TEUs, a volume 0.4% higher than in the same period of 2022. Kuehne & Nagel, second in the ranking, moved a volume 5.50% smaller in the same comparison. See more below:

Paraguay and Uruguay

As for the other Plate countries – Paraguay and Uruguay, Kuehne & Nagel leads the exports ranking in the first four months of 2023, with 1,802 TEUs, a volume 69.82% higher than in the same period of 2022. The second in the ranking, ITL Cargo, exported a volume 42.66% higher in the same comparison. See below:

In imports, Navicon was the company that handled the most cargo in this sense in the first four months of 2023, with 2,660 TEUs, a volume 0.80% higher than in the same period of 2022. The second in the ranking, HB Logistica SRL, imported a volume 31.29% higher in the same comparison. Check out the others below:
