Paraguayan Exports with Certificate of Origin Reach $787 Million in July 2024

Paraguayan exports with a Certificate of Origin totaled $787 million in July 2024, with 1.2 million tonnes of goods exported, according to data from the Single Export Window (VUE in Spanish).
In terms of destination, the Americas led the way, receiving $533 million, equivalent to approximately 854,923 tonnes. Brazil was the largest buyer, accounting for $197 million, followed by Argentina with $163 million and Chile with $74 million.
Asia also stood out as a destination, with exports reaching $136 million in the seventh month of the year. Among the top destinations, Hong Kong received $24 million, and Taiwan $20 million.
Europe imported Paraguayan products valued at $112 million. The Netherlands was the main market, with $49 million in imports, while the United Kingdom recorded $556,476 in imports.
The Certificate of Origin is a critical document for producers and exporters, certifying that goods meet the established origin rules, which facilitates international trade.
