Port of Santos Authority Launches Three New Bid Notices

Within a week, the Santos Port Authority (APS) issued three new bid notices, which can be accessed on the company’s website’s bidding page.

The highlight is the tender for hiring a company or consortium to design and carry out the rock removal project in the main shipping channel of the Organized Port. The project aims to deepen the channel to 16.5 meters, enabling the operation of larger vessels.

The other two bid notices involve the procurement of office supplies for the company’s warehouse and welcome kits for newborns as part of APS’s Quality of Life Program, an initiative focused on employee appreciation.

Bid Notice 18/2025

Scope: Development of Basic and Executive Designs and execution of the rock removal project in the Port of Santos shipping channel, reaching a depth of -16.50m DHN, along with all necessary services and operations for project completion.
Duration: 18 months
Deadline: Proposals must be submitted by 10 a.m. on April 3

Bid Notice 19/2025

Scope: On-demand supply of 50 “Welcome Baby” kits
Duration: 12 months
Deadline: Proposals must be submitted by 10 a.m. on March 26

Bid Notice 20/2025

Scope: Supply of A4 paper, ballpoint pens (blue, black, and red), and pencils to replenish warehouse inventory
Duration: 3 months
Deadline: Proposals must be submitted by 10 a.m. on March 28
