In the first six months of the year, the increase took place for the third consecutive year and grew by almost 16% compared to 2021.
Imports set a new record in the same period, with 42,340 TEUs and also transshipment cargo, with 24,538 TEU. Cabotage, on the other hand, reached 38,510 TEUs handled, representing a growth of 20% compared to 2020. The largest share of cargo in the period was due to chemical and petrochemical products, various polymers, in addition to pulp and paper.
