The Santa Fe Port Authority declared that Mundo Construcciones was the only company to place an offer to operate the container and general cargo terminal yesterday. If the technical offer is approved, the economic offer will be opened “in about 20 days”. According to the Santa Fe Secretary of Transportation, Pablo Jukic, four parties expressed interests in the concession, however only one made an offer.
