Last year, the logistics company VLI transported 59 million tonnes via railways, up 3.7% compared to the 56.9 million handled in 2020, confirmed the company on Wednesday, March 9.
In 2021, the company earned net revenue of 6.5 billion reais, an increase of 16% over the year before.
Ebitda also recorded a year-on-year increase of 14%, totaling 2.8 billion reais.
The increase in net revenue derived from “better rail fares that result from the increase seen in the flow of products as well as the volumes handled at ports” highlighted VLI.
The company’s terminals shipped 43 million tonnes, up 2.1 million tonnes.
