
ANTAQ opens public consultations to improve transparency in the charging of extra-freight values for maritime transport

This Monday, July 26, ANTAQ (the national waterway transport agency) opened public consultations nº 16/2021 and nº 17/2021, aiming at improving Theme 2.3 of the Regulatory Agenda 2020/2021 Biennium – ‘Improving transparency in the collection of extra-freight amounts and maritime transport surcharges,’ and Theme 3.6 of the Regulatory Agenda 2020/2021 Biennium – ‘Analysis and diagnosis of the need for regulation regarding the charging, by the Port Authority, for the use of the “Water Mirror” located in the areas of organized ports.’
