Port Authority approves new berth at Port of Salvador

The Port Authority of the Ports of Bahia, through Ordinance No. 13 / CPBA, of February 1, 2021, approved the parameters for operations at Cais Santa Dulce, a new section of the Organized Port Container Terminal from Salvador on a provisional basis of 180 days.
The measure allows ships with up to 136,000 deadweight tons and up to 366 meters in length and 52 meters in width to operate at the terminal. This will contribute to the expansion of cargo handling capacity in the State of Bahia.
