Sep, 12, 2021 Posted by Ruth HollardWeek 202136
China has become increasingly important to Brazil’s economy. The Asian giant is the main destination for Brazilian exports, moving around US$ 35 billion per year.
Trailing China are the United States and European Union, with imports from Brazil valued at between US$ 27 and US$ 28 billion.
Brazil’s exports to China have increased by 2,900% since 1997.
The data show that the Chinese country is increasingly important as a destination for Brazilian products, while the United States, Europe, and even Argentina are losing their importance a little.
