ANTAQ to hold nine auctions in November with investments of R$1.420 billion

In November, ANTAQ will hold nine auctions at B3 in São Paulo for port areas. Investments will reach around R$ 1.420 billion.
On November 5, three areas will be auctioned: MUC59 (Port of Fortaleza), which will be used for the movement and storage of bulk liquids, especially fuels; MAC13 (Port of Maceió), for handling and storage of vegetable bulk, especially sugar; and Tersab, in the Areia Branca Port Complex, in Rio Grande do Norte, which will be used to move and store bulk mineral solids, especially sea salt.
More auctions
On November 19, there will be another six auctions, this time for two areas in the Port of Santos (SP). The STS08 and STS08A areas will be used for the movement, storage, and distribution of bulk liquids (fuels).
In addition, there will be auctions in the POA01 area, in the Port of Porto Alegre (RS), for the movement and storage of bulk vegetable solids; IMB05, at the Port of Imbituba (SC), for handling and storage of liquid bulk; ITG03, at the Port of Itaguaí (RJ), for handling and storage of bulk mineral solids; and AE-14, at the Port of Cabedelo (PB), for handling and storing general cargo.

The area measures 25,628m². The contractual term to be signed will last for 14 years. The contract’s global gross revenue will reach R$575.8 million. Investments will be R$ 120.7 million. The expected movement is 6.8 million tons.
MAC13
The area measures 71,262m². The contractual term to be signed will last for 25 years. The contract’s global gross revenue will reach R$922.7 million. Investments will be around R$ 57.8 million. The expected movement is 25 million tons.
Tersab
The area measures 35,114m². The contractual term to be signed will last for 25 years. The contract’s global gross revenue will be R$1.6 billion. Investments will be around R$164.1 million. The expected movement is 69.3 million tons.
STS08
The area measures 168,324m². The contractual term to be signed will last for 25 years. The contract’s global gross revenue will reach R$ 3.152 billion. Investments will be R$ 260.6 million. The expected movement is 69.7 million tons.
STS08A
The area measures 297,349m². The contractual term to be signed will last for 25 years. The contract’s global gross revenue will reach R$ 7.207 billion. Investments will be around R$678.3 million. The expected movement is 140 million tons.
POA01
The area measures 21,500m². The contractual term to be signed will last for ten years. The contract’s global gross revenue will reach R$76 million. The investments will be R$ 41.2 million. The expected movement is 2 million tons.
IMB05
The area measures 7,455.00m². The contractual term to be signed will last for ten years. The contract’s global gross revenue will reach R$145 million. Investments will be R$ 25 million. The expected movement is 1.6 million tons.
ITG03
The area measures 22,564m². The contractual term to be entered into will last for ten years. The contract’s global gross revenue will reach R$269.1 million. The investments will be R$ 71.2 million. The expected movement is 5 million tons.
AE-14
The area measures 4,881,00m². The contractual term to be signed will last for ten years. The contract’s global gross revenue will reach R$23.2 million. Investments will be R$1.7 million. The expected movement is 486,000 tons.
