On Friday, October 29, Agribrasil informed the market that it had signed a contract to acquire 100% of the shares of Nityam Empreendimentos e Participações.
Nityam is a holding company that directly and indirectly holds 62.96% of the share capital of the port terminal located in the port complex of São Francisco do Sul/SC, TESC, and of the company that manages ports and terminals, WRC Port Operators.
According to Agribrasil, the operation is part of the company’s growth strategy to “consolidate its position as an independent national origination platform, connecting the grain producer to the global buyer, managing the entire commercialization process”.
