Anec expects soybean exports to drop 7% in June

Soybean exports from Brazil in June should total 9.41 million tons, as estimated on Tuesday, June 07, by the National Association of Cereal Exporters (Anec).
The volume, if proven true, will represent a decrease of 718 thousand tonnes compared to June last year, or 7.1%.
Compared with the volumes of May 2022, the drop would total 851 thousand tonnes.

According to Anec, the shipment of soybean meal from Brazil should reach 2.03 million tonnes in June, a 10.3 percent growth over the same month in 2021. The volume should also increase from the 1.89 million recorded in May.
According to the organization, corn exports were estimated at roughly 1.45 million tonnes in June, up 1.36 million tonnes from the same month in 2021.
